I see results after a month's use.I researched these a few months ago but I was skeptical. When my dermatologist recommended it for my sun damaged skin then I decided to order it. I've been using it 2 times/day for a month and I have to say, the hyper-pigmentation is definitely fading. My pores are smaller and I think the dark circles under my eyes look better. I think another two months will see even more improvement.

The spot therapy attachment goes on the clarisonic pro or deluxe models and is for use on the body only. It does a great job of getting all the "ickies" off of my chest, elbows and knees. This product is the finest facial cleanser I have used in my 63 years on Earth, after the Special Cleansing Gel, a brisk rub with this microfoliant removes stuff you would never see and never know was there and the result? Best Daily Exfoliant5
I use this every morning after I cleanse and before I use toner. It is after all called DAILY Microfoliant. You really only need a small amount. I like to wash my face in the shower, so it presents a small problem. Mostly because its a powder and you cant get it the bottle near water. However, I have found it reasonably easy to use and it works great. My skin looks and feels great.Its softer, more smooth and I have less breakouts. Its gentle enough for my combination skin. Doesn't dry out my dry areas and it takes away all the oil. Definetly the best exfoliant I've used.

Love it !!!When I got this product I was very disappointed, the products are tiny, the application unusual and the face spay burned my eyes. I hated it. The next day I had a big rosacea episode, so I gave it another try.... The cleanser did not remove all my makeup, but it also did not irritate my skin, This time I put the spray in my hand before applying so that worked, I applied the barrier repair immediately after as the spray as the instructions say. This stuff is awesome! It trapped the spray moisture in. It felt like my face was cooling inside out. The barrier repair is small, but little goes a long way, it feels oily but dries, into a silky finish, perfect for makeup. Love it! Ths stuff is better than my MAC face primer. Love it! Apply FX Spf 30 tinted moisturizer on top, and you have a perfect face.

Great for sensitive skin!I have tried TONS of skin products. Every winter my skin has a couple of patches that appear that get VERY red and peel...over and over and over. Nothing has ever seemed to work. The dermatologist lumps it into some sort of rosacea. This has been the first product that has been able to help and then keep it from recurring! Definitely worth the money!

stretch marks begone!This is remarkable for the reduction/elimination of stretch marks, as well as toning your skin. I've lost over 50 lbs, and while I still have silvery marks, I don't have the ugly wrinkly skin that goes with them. It soaks in quickly, and smells absolutely wonderful. Pair it with the shower oil and life is good.

Awesome product.
This is one of my all time favorite products. The texture is silky smooth and not too heavy and it is wonderfully moisturizing. The scent may be too much for some but I love it. I recommend using it in conjunction with the L'Occitane - Almond Shower Oil

The Best!
OK! I can honestly say that I have tried lot's and lot's of products from fancy ($$$$) to drug store brands. I didn't care, as long as the product worked. Well, my quest is over! This serum is amazing! I've noticed a huge difference in just days and now it's been weeks and counting. I suffer an occasional break out, have melasma from sun damage and am showing signs of fine lines and wrinkles. Sounds like I would need a miracle, but this serum handles it. In a short time, my skin is completely clear, smoother, pores are tighter, wrinkles are softened and my skin is now more even toned. I just ordered the rest of the M2 line products too (out of curiosity), because the refinish serum works so well. I'm also extremely happy that I am not spending a fortune!!! YOU MUST WEAR A GOOD SUNSCREEN during the day when using this product.

AMAZING STUFF
I used this to reduce my acne scars/hyper-pigmentation and it works! It sluffs off old skin super fast and allows your skin to regenerate. Can cause a bit of peeling when used twice a day but not bad. I have been using it over a month and I think the best approach is to use intensely for a week or two and then give your skin a day or two to recover so it doesn't get fed up and start peeling. I also starting using Bobbi Brown's intensive serum to help my skin not peel and regenerate some lovely new skin cells after the old ones were all gone and the combination is a match made in heaven! Do beware though- this product WILL BLEACH your towels/pillowcases so be careful!
Best product I have ever come across for acne-prone skin/scars. Unlike anything else so well worth the money! It's actually a rather large bottle and since it works best in small amounts it's a great value. I have had mine about a month and I haven't even used 20% of it yet!
Four stars because I was expecting better results for my dry lines as well but it hasn't made any difference whatsoever in that department.

Awesome stuff!
I have been using this product for several years. It does an excellent job of keeping my skin looking its absolute best. My skin is smoother and softer than ever before and it really helps diminish fine lines and wrinkles (esp. around the eye area). Acne is also a thing of the past. I haven't had any breakouts since using this product.

The glycolic acid concentration is very high so if you have never used this type of product before I strongly suggest you acclimate your skin by using Level I products for a few months, then move to Level II for a few months before using the Level III products as it will burn and possibly irrate your skin

Great product and brand
I started using this product after my dermatologist recommended it for help with some hormonal pigmentation, fine lines and acne (in my early 30s!). I started off using Level I and slowly moved up to Level III. I use this product in conjunction with the Facial Cleanser III. I can honestly say that this stuff is incredible. My skin is clearer, tighter, and softer than before. I no longer have to deal with acne. I think my skin just glows with this product. I've been using it for several years now, and if not for the cost, would use it exclusively. But, whenever I switch to a cheaper product in between birthdays/Christmas when I have run out of MD Forte, I can tell a huge difference in my skin. It really is amazing and I'm surprised more people don't know about it.

Finally a product that really delivers results!
I have taken very good care of my skin over the years and have spent lots of money on different products all with so-so results. I became interested in using Dermalogica after I had a Dermalogica Power Vitamin Facial at a spa. The aesthetician told me that my skin would continue to improve for the next 5 to 7 days, and it did. The Daily Resurfacer has made a dramatic improvement in my skin. After only 2 weeks of use my skin tone has evened out, some of redness in my skin has lightened and my skin appears brighter overall. I am using this product in the evening and Dermalogica Power Rich morning and night. Neither product is cheap, but I don't mind paying for products that produce the results these do. I'd definitely suggest it. BTW, I am 51 and was considering thermage or other laser treatment to improve the look of my skin. Now I'm not so certain I need it.

Feel fresh skin emerge
Whenever my skin feels sluggish, these little finger puppet resurfacers definitely do the trick - especially over the t-zone. It appears to be quite a strong product so I would not use it daily. The packaging also makes it great for traveling or gym - just throw one or two applications in your bag and you can wipe away that film that one seems to develop when traveling or during a gym session.
