I see results after a month's use.I researched these a few months ago but I was skeptical. When my dermatologist recommended it for my sun damaged skin then I decided to order it. I've been using it 2 times/day for a month and I have to say, the hyper-pigmentation is definitely fading. My pores are smaller and I think the dark circles under my eyes look better. I think another two months will see even more improvement.

The spot therapy attachment goes on the clarisonic pro or deluxe models and is for use on the body only. It does a great job of getting all the "ickies" off of my chest, elbows and knees. If you already own a clarisonic and have not tried this, I recommend you. I don't use it too often, but the brush really helps just smooth out my body skin complexion!
