My dermatologist gave me some samples of this and it is the best lotion I have ever used.
Can't even feel it on your skin once it's rubbed in. And no smell whatsoever. I won't use anything else now that I've switched to this stuff.

Invisible Moisture
The Vanicream line was recently recommended to me by my new dermatologist. I told him I had tried several products that were supposed to be gentle: Aveeno fragrance-free, Cetaphil, Avalon Reactive Skin line, Nature's Gate free, etc, yet they all either felt greasy, the fumes irritated my eyes, or they made me break out. He strongly suggested Vanicream and gave me a sample of the cleansing bar (soap-free) and the regular cream. The bar was great--no scent, no irritants, very mild. Yet the regular cream was a bit too heavy for my face (though great for hands and feet). So, I went in search of the Lite Lotion . . . and voilá! If you compare the two side by side, the lotion is quite gel-like in consistency unlike the cream. I wash my face with the bar and then use about a dime-size dollop of the lite lotion on my face. Within a few minutes, it dries to the point where all I can feel is super smooth skin without, amazingly, a trace of film. I have a tendency to get dry patches on my very fair, ruddy complexion. Because of sun damage, I also have pre-cancerous areas that need extra gentle treatment. With the Vanicream Lite Lotion, I get gentle yet sheer and smooth results, and NO clogged pores. Yay!! I wish I had known about this stuff sooner. :)
