The product consistency is great...it's very silky & absorbs well under the eye. In terms of reducing dark circles & wrinkles well its a little too soon in the game to rate my satisfaction of whether or not the product does what it claims. I do like the fact that it contains PSP however I am a little concerned about the authenticity of the product due to the fact numerous websites state that you can only buy neocutis through a practicing physician/dermatologist,etc.

Finally a product that delivers on its promise. I noticed a marked difference with my large black undereye circles with this product within only a couple of weeks.
